La Senadora Hillary Clinton se ha hecho con el apoyo de al Congresista Shelley Berkley, quien desde 1999 representa en la Cámara de Representantes de EEUU al 1º Distrito de Nevada, que incluye el área de Las Vegas, la más poblada. También ha logrado el respaldo del principal periódico hispano de Nevada.
